1. PLANTING THE SEED

The initial contact with the potential client and future partner. This involves demonstrating the benefits of outsourcing and, in particular, outsourcing with MDPC. This also includes follow up communications.

2. INITIAL CONSULTATION

Client has agreed that outsourcing will be beneficial to their business. Serious discussions between the client and MDPC to target areas of
potential outsourcing.

3. MAPPING OF PROCEDURE / DRAFT OF SOP

MDPC will be involved with assisting the client to prepare the draft SOP. It is then reviewed by MDPC management and sent back to the client for final approval. Trained staff are prepared for the upcoming role.

4. FINALISATION OF SOP

Final SOP has been received and intended start date established. Role is ready to start.

5. IMPLEMENTING ROLE

MDPC will commence with the new role. It will be overseen and guided by the management team. During this time the SOP will be updated and improved as new information is received and on the job learning applied.

6. ESTABLISH ONGOING ROLE

At this stage, the new role will be fully implemented and your offshore staff member will be transferred to their team leader for day-to-day management.
